Primary with my peeps. Maybe the fastest led primary ever (we listened to Sharath) -- clocked in at 66 minutes.

A riff on urdhva kukutasana a-- with a focus on sutra 3.32-- By samyama on the kurma nadi (a subtle tortoise-shaped tube located below the throat), motionlessness in the meditative posture is achieved.
I suppose id be better served to share more of the flash and sizzle and less of the drip and drizzle when it comes to these yoga videos... But the bloopers are so much more fun.
