2 things: 1) "Those are some hot pants, mmhmm," said the homeless-ish gentleman nicely (if twitchingly). 2) The guy on the courtesy call today sounded hot & on my team. Conclusion: I love the compliment and i also wanted to hollar at a telemarketer. Me=crazy

Loses his ability to bear insult or injury to others when he's stressed. To the two gentleman I ripped into for making a meter maid's job harder: stop being dicks, but I'm sorry I lectured you. I don't like tickets, either. But seriously: leave 'er alone.

let his body rest last night. Today, he awoke with the smell of Spring (and rebirth!) in his tickled, oft-upturned, nose. And upon awakening, the urge to run swelled in his dense, strong bones. Like trees and children, change is inevitable with time. You are who you were and will be who you are. Metamorphosis and realization are not acts of forgetting, but I hear they require time and patience.

When tempted to skip a pose today in my practice, I thought of what Peggy shared: "The ashtanga yoga system should never be confused with "power yoga" or any whimsical creation which goes against the tradition of the many types of yoga scriptures. It would be a shame to lose the precious jewel of liberation in the mud of ignorant body building." -- Mr. Jois
