Join @[824486826:2048:Kevin Waldorf-Cruz] , Keith Moore (@[100089878602895:2048:Ashtanga Yoga Center, Washington DC] , crossfitter, my teacher) and Christina Lagdameo this Saturday at lululemon athletica Georgetown from 1:30-3:30pm for a mala of surya namaskar. This is a donation based class to benefit the Onadi Siva Trust, which benefits the victims of human trafficking (see video).
