8 limbs. I live within discipline. I fail often with cleanliness. This morning is not a practice of the third limb of yoga (asana/postures), but the second: observances. Today, my yoga practice is that of cleanliness (saucha). For those that know me: wish me luck.
At 24, I wanted to do the splits (and put my foot on my head). I spent a year. At 25, I wanted a career. I spent a year. At 26, I wanted a body as strong as my mind (it took two-- I needed to get a strong mind, too). At 28, I want to be a householder (Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a householders practice, so it seems right).
