The wake up call I needed

was my box jump and
over the shoulder med ball throw.
so many bloody shins over the next few years. 100% worth it.

There have been a tremendous number of
useless screens and movement tests for
training in the history of the fitness and
performance industries. Here's a useful
battery though.
Rotational med ball throw
Goblet squat
Box jump
If somebody has pop and the squat looks
good, they're going to be easy and fun to
train. If it's marshmallows and a train
wreck, lower your expectations.
