Listen, friends.
As you all know, yoga is my life. I changed my training in January to the CrossFit programming as a compliment to my yoga practice-- and I'm now the strongest I've ever been.
I'm not just talking about simply outer strength, either. My yoga practice, my mental clarity, and my life have all seen vast improvements since training began.
CrossFit Balance won't do the work for you, but it'll put you in a supportive environment to create and achieve. I can't recommend it more.

wants this wrist injury gone. He'd like to be unjured... I can't believe how badly I miss doing burpees. And, lots not even speak of my sorrow for the absent Handstand.

returned to lifting today, setting a new 5 rep max PR on his back squats. Injury can teach, if you can listen.
the pink weightlifting shoes only go up to a men's 8.5... Gender typing strikes again.
Huh. Apparently I can do pistols well on both legs now. Awesome.

... cleaning is always the hard part. Heavy deadlifts? Resistance band sprints? Pullups? P-shaw. Sweeping and mopping? Oof!
is so glad he went to CrossFit today, despite his desire for chill time.
has the marathon itch again. CrossFit Endurance + Strength Biased WOD + Mysore practice = oh good lord. Anyone have any experiences they can share?
