The art itself is just phenomenal. The collaborative process was such that I got exactly what I wanted-- and could never have created myself. And after 10 hours of sitting, I could have come back just to hang-- the company was that good.

I had a wonderful time at the ashram cohosting a retreat with my first beloved yoga teacher. This beautiful mandala was outside the LOTUS (light of the universal shrine) interfaith strike at the satchidananda ashram. It was with Karuna's guidance that I found myself at the Sivananda ashram deepening my yoga studies in 2008. #todayspattern
