The really interesting thing here, I think, is the 1 in 5 statistic for those who have tried to take their own life. I'd not be surprised if the numbers were the same here in the USA. Also: One in Four seems low for the "beaten up" statistic.

Mmmm.... Not quite a pretzel, but pretty close to it. Maybe I'll do a video of me getting into "the sleeping yogi" pose this evening after I practice-- I think you'll get a kick out of it.
