At Functional Ashtanga, we have a self practice support community every day from 7-10am. The first 15-20 minutes are sangha oriented. Then itâs community practice. No teachers, just friends on the path doing their thing together. Itâs included in a studio membership.

I'm teaching Asana Foundations this month over at Functional Ashtanga. We started on Bandhas this week, with a deep dive into Mula Bandha. I'm excited to cover more for the rest of February. If you're interested, the studio, academy, and Mysore room are all open.
