Though I know the depths of pain, anguish, and sadness, I firmly believe in deep and abiding happiness. There is a method, and I've been going at it for some years now. In the morning, at #kaliyogadc, the #dcashtanga community comes together to make shapes with our bodies, tuning in to our relationship with gravity and time -- whilst simultaneously revealing our cravings and aversions. For this focus-challenged guy, it's intense work, but knowing where to look and how to breath makes all the difference.
