Though I know the depths of pain, anguish, and sadness, I firmly believe in deep and abiding happiness. There is a method, and I've been going at it for some years now. In the morning, at #kaliyogadc, the #dcashtanga community comes together to make shapes with our bodies, tuning in to our relationship with gravity and time -- whilst simultaneously revealing our cravings and aversions. For this focus-challenged guy, it's intense work, but knowing where to look and how to breath makes all the difference. These precious moments of insight combined with the the heat of just staying put create the fire from which happiness arises. #b&wchallenge day 1/4. Thanks @ladyhawkzuzu for tagging me.
