So honoured to be presenting a demonstration of Ashtanga Yoga for "The Art of Transformation" Opening Night Gala at the Smithsonian's Freer and Sackler Galleries.
My spiritual practice juxtaposed with ancient art inspired by others' own sadhana. Peg & I were art for the Smithsonian tonight... Like moon rocks, ruby slippers, and "Starry Nights." 5000 years of yogic art indeed. Om Namah Shivaya.
