significant increases in testosterone.
Wins not preceded by direct effort do
not. (True for all people & across
domains: physical, cognitive, etc.
(although physical effort has its own
impact too of course).

consideration when thinking about
what to spend your time on, why wins
sometimes (but not always) amplify
wins in subsequent challenges and
