My teacher, David Garrigues, has been patient with me. He has his eye on me. I don’t have the poetry or prose, but I reckon, like the poem he once shared about the tapper, he gets it.
Led primary was filled with folks I’ve had the good fortune to work with for over three years each (wow!!) So, I put my mat down and we all practiced together, taking turns calling the postures.
I *LOVE* practicing outside!!! Come play!! I’m an active member of the HSD community– who also maintains a daily practice of Ashtanga Yoga– if you know me from either community, I do hope you’ll come out and say hi!
