I love working on the leg behind the head postures. In fact, I love working on every posture in my practice-- in as many ways as possible. Outside, I have no props, the grounds as uneven as I am, and Charlie might tackle me it any time. After thinking about Derek Ireland's short-shorts, I went into Logan Circle & did my practice.
