Seven years ago, my friends and I won a cow for our exploits at the cave man Olympics. I was getting into the "best shape of my life" -- I look back at these times incredibly fondly -- the resilience, determination, and unfuckwithableness I gleaned in that time has proved invaluable as I continue to grow in my inner and outer fitness.
