Any suitably complex system falls apart— and I love my body and have enough self-respect to push against entropy.

It’s quite radical to work from a place of self-love as opposed to seeking outside validation.

When we let our yoga practice do its work, the process nourishes our “mind body organism. ” Thats what my teacher called it, and I reckon an ever abiding kind of self love we’re building. And if theres only one of us here, its good practice, that self love. Because it defies entropy.
