I had the most wonderful time teaching at @yogashalanashville — such an incredible group of people.
Cory— thank you so much for welcoming me into your home and sharing so much with me! Cory (@coryyoga) and Richard (his wonderful husband), are just the literal best. And boy, I even made a new friend (shout out to Heather @magiccityyogi from @birminghamyoga ).
