Forgive the delay, I've been busy getting ready for @davidgarriguesyoga Primary series intensive at @aysphiladelphia -- I've worked with David a few times a year for a bit now, and I am realizing just how much of an influence he has on me. I could not as for a better mentor.
He has so many considerations for every asana-- and yet also allows autonomy. I get a new perspective on how he works every time I study with him-- just so many layers and strategies. And fun :) This time I'm a fly on the wall and a designated footholder. So much to learn.
This is feathered peacock pose-- with a little liberty taken. Maybe I'll gets big fancy feather for my quill to make the samyana portion exciting ;) we were asked to make a few promises to ourselves this go round: the third & final? Enjoy yourself.
