On a June 12, 1967 the Supreme Court struck down the law
that banned interracial marriage. Let that marinate..it's only
been 52 years for people to *legally* marry outside of their
race/ethnicity. Think about all the people who had to hide,
and "break the law" to be with the person they love. What if
that law hadn't been struck down? Think about how many
couples you know that would be "breaking the law" just by
being together. I'm in a relationship now that could have had
me jailed, or maybe even killed, only 52 years ago....that shit
cray!!!!! #HappyLovingDay to all the interracial lovahs and all
the wonderful bi/tri/quad/multiracial people who have come
from those relationships!!! Y'all the true MVPS
