Can anyone make the math work for $77.25/week to cover: -Groceries -Child Care -Occupational Training (getting a lifeguard cert updated costs money) -Mental Health Treatment (co-pays are still $25, even at a $550/month insurance rate) -Retirement
This isn’t a livable wage as an adult. So! Am i to understand that this is a job for children? When I was younger, they hired Russians and Ukrainians to come in and do it. Because it wasn’t a livable wage 25 years ago. And there weren’t enough children Virginian children who could labor.
