First day practicing second: was taken to my ankles in dropbacks (backbends) — never have I ever. Said aloud “ohmygod.” Sharath laaaaughed and said “No fear, no fun.”

Such a delicious, decadent practice. Making every movement (and flub) part of the beauty of creation, yet not rushing to the end. A freedom that one pointed focus can bring, and grace that should probably be there regardless *yum* #mysore
