I begin teaching Mysore full time in Columbia Heights on September 1st. This will be my final month teaching at Little River Yoga. It has been both a privilege and an honor to serve Ashtanga Mysore Arlington Virginia.
Well, I better get to India quick. That December 1 acceptance to the shala won’t fill itself.

I miss Mysore, but we’re ready to discover Goa. For better or worse, they’re different worlds. We can do it.
