I remember @tarabrach talking about emotions being like storms in one of her Wednesday Dharma talks. It stuck with me. Forgive my paraphrasing, but emotions, they’re like weather patterns. Keep your eyes on them and wait em out. They’re bound to change. The clouds will break, and sure as anything, that ol’ grey sky’ll shift….
