Le Yawn
The early mornings have yet to cease their onslaught against my fatty pride. I still rise and shine earlier than I've managed on a regular basis since high school.
Don't get confused, I'm certainly not fussin'. My mornings come early, yes, but, works also going well. I'm managing to get their on time, even when Dan has to kick me out of bed in the morning.
I guess its been just over a month now with Dan, and things are good. I don't hate him yet. In fact, I kinda dig 'em a lot. My only hesitation with him is his youth. He's twenty, which to me feels so young. He's not world weary or battered yet, and he still thinks in terms of what is the most party-effective as opposed to having worked the college lifestyle out of his system already.
I can't say much, but I picked up a full-fledged rock-star habit, as opposed to just random drunken shinanigatings. I have to remind myself that the energy and "immaturity" I see are really things that I could probably use a few dallops of here and there, because frankly, I could use some innocense.
Ah well. I need to get in the shower, 'cause its gettin' late. Work at 10!
