Seeing as how I'm not jewish nor that I grew up in I grow up in a jewish neighborhood, passover food is always an unfamiliar and exciting delight.

Like a somewhat less-desserty, thicker than (yet not as solid as) croissant pudding, Kugel is my favorite seasonal, nonsecularly secular treat.
