Meditation and PAIL and RAILS: Functional Ashtanga 2

This is the second in a series of workshops on Ashtanga Yoga and Functional Range Conditioning. In this course, we learn how to apply Progressive and Regressive Articular Isometric Loads using select Ashtanga Yoga Asana from the standing sequence. We also cover the how-tos of Meditation in regards to the 8-limbs of Yoga.
