In this module, we’ll establish our goals and intentions for the program.
Because everyone comes to the table with their own wants and desires, we’ll spend the next few lessons learning how to create a strong vision for ourselves– and you’ll learn practical tools for goal setting so that you can make and assess your progress.
Once we’ve established our higher vision, we’ll get into the bare-bones fundamentals of practicing Ashtanga Yoga– things like meditation, pranayama, and foundational postures. You’ll also get some tools for self-assessment and a daily routine that you can do in under 10 minutes, with no prep, every day.
By the end of this module, you’ll have all the tools you need to begin constructing YOUR own best practice, dynamically and daily.
