Join Michael for this special Master Class Workshop; a combination of half of the Ashtanga Primary Series and half of the Second, or Intermediate Series. The Primary series is all about hips, forward folds, and developing focus. The second is known for being incredibly uplifting, filled with heart openers and back strengtheners. Put them together and what do you get? A heckuva good time. This class moves in a vinyasa flow format, approachable and modifiable for most practitioners, but at a pace that will get you sweating.
